Over a memorable week end, we invite you to explore this enchanting cycling paradise from a unique perspective. You will enjoy the glamour side; but also will embark on incredible rides along scenic country roads, winding through charming hilltop villages. Conquer the very same winter training climbs favoured by the Pros and ride on the route of the Tour de France 2024's grand finale.

DAY 1 : Loop around Nice - The Riviera's Treasures

Once you have checked in at your hotel, we’ll take you for quick spin to St Jean Cap Ferrat. Often known as one of the pearls of the French Riviera, it is renowned for its rocky beaches and millionaire villas. This ride will be the perfect opportunity to acclimate to the roads, your bike, and bond with fellow riders

DAY 2: Nice - Monaco - Grand Challenge

After a few pedal stokes from the centre of Nice, we’ll tackle the renowned Col d’Eze (9.7 km at 5.1%), regularly featured in Paris-Nice. Next you will ride on a part of Monaco F1 GP track. We will then head for this week “pièce de résistance”. Col de la Madone (9,7 km at 7,1 %), favourite Pro’s training ground. Did you know that this climb gave its name to TREK top of the line bike? You may not beat Pogacar’s KOM (23:52), but surely will love the pastoral roads and incredible views over Monaco. Bonus: on our way back, we will ride on Tour de France 2024, last stage (Time trial Monaco-Nice)

DAY3: Nice – Col d’Eze - "Au Revoir" Ride

After a quick espresso and croissant, we’ll take you for an early ride to enjoy the sunrise over the Mediterranean from one of the best vista from the coast. After yesterday's ride, you know how to tackle best Col d’Eze (9.7 km at 5.1%), and surely you will improve your Strava Personal Record. On your way back, we’ll explore Nice's vibrant flower and farmers market. This final ride is a poignant conclusion to a week of memorable cycling and shared camaraderie. We'll bid you farewell with a proper “au revoir” breakfast before driving you to Nice TGV station or the airport.

Traveling to France, to your journey’ start

Flying to France: To minimise the risk of delays, recover from jet lag, we do advise you to land at least a day beforehand in Nice Airport (NCE). 

YOUR ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

We will welcome you at Nice airport on Friday  at 12:00 pm latest.  
At the end of your journey, on Sunday, we will drive you back to Nice airport (we advise you to book your plane from 3 pm onwards). Plane tickets : upon booking with us, we will assist you in selecting the most appropriate flights time 

Hotels & Dining

We wish to make your journey as memorable and authentic as possible. We constantly, handpick a superb collection of quality, local and authentic hotel & restaurants. For some journeys, on specific dates the demand for such hotels might be particularly high (Tour de France, high season..).Such instances may prevent us from booking the selected hotels, hence the alternative hotel selection.
All selected restaurants propose a genuine cuisine using local & seasonal products. Contrary to other tour operators, ALL meals are included, with matching wines and mineral water. All hotels and restaurants do cater to specific dietary needs; do not hesitate to inform us in advance.

YOUR BIKE

We have selected some of the best bikes currently on the market.We have selected the best machines based on the terrain. For each journey corresponds a specific bike selection bike selection. Selected bikes are similar to "Tour de France peloton" machines, you may also wish to upgrade to a superior bike category  upgrade your bike.After your ride, we will  clean and  maintain your bike . (same applies to your "bike" apparels ). You may also bring in your personal bike, and enjoy a discount. We will look after its assembly and disassembly. 

ROAD CAPTAIN & ASSISTANCE VEHICLE

Each day, your road captain will open the road, lead you through charming villages, traffic-less country roads, advise on how to tackle the next climb and all the while, ensure your safety and comfort. As experienced cyclists, we know that it is always reassuring to feel a presence along the way. This is why an assistance vehicle will follow you in case of a puncture or if you need beverages, snacks, an extra layer or even wish to rest for a while.

RIDE & BÉLOVÉLO BIKE CLINIC

On most of the days, several mileage and speed average options will be available to suit all fitness levels. To provide a genuine, safe and personalized experience the group size will be limited to 15 guests per week. Come back home with many peloton, safety & mechanic tips thanks to our daily Bike Clinic

Thank your guides by tipping

All year long, your Road Captains do work very hard to make your BéloVélo journey as memorable and authentic as possible. At the end of your journey, You may recognize such dedication by tipping your Road Captains Based on your level of enjoyment we advise tipping 6 to 10 % of your Journey price. Tips are shared equally within the team
